Camping this weekend (okay, cabin-ing, technically). I wish I had brought the camera. It was beautiful. We saw so many cool nature things. Nora did a three-mile hike and hardly complained, and it was GRUELING! I still managed to have anxiety dreams even out in the woods, but hey...
I'm sure everyone's heard about the crazy hit-and-run Haiku incident by now. You may NOT know that there's lots planned as far as fund-raising goes, much of it surrounding the next gallery hop. For more info on that and for the incident in general go to this website. Amy D from the Cotillion set up an Etsy store dedicated to the fundraising effort as well. Great way to buy something handmade AND give to a well-deserved cause. Can your purchase be tax deductible? I'm just going to say... SURE! And if you're someone who loves creepy art, I'll have the bicycle piece (pictured a few posts below, and no, Kristen, it's not a witch, it's Mary! I can't believe you missed the resemblance!) in the art auction at The Art Exchange. (details for the auction on the fundraising website).

i think the woods would encourage anxiety dreams. ya know, being out in the sticks...quiet...no one to know if you suddenly disappeared.
Oh Gosh-I am so sorry. I have said 12 hail Mary's and 16 Our Fathers and recited the rosery repeatedly to wash myself of my guilt of that comment I made! Can you ever forgive me? She was in costume-it's not fair!
